Term 4 Week 3 : Recycling

Recycling helps us to use items again or making it into something more nicer.Instead of just throwing things away,we recycle them and make use of them.
Things can be recycled by drawing on them, making them into something bigger or even making a art piece out of it.Sometimes recycling is mostly useful.Like when i was bored with my recycled

paper plane.i made it into a paper boat before throwing it away.well, the school had a recycling competition within all classes.and i think the school should have more recycling competitions.
Mostly if i see my family members not recycling.i would say 'keep green'.

Holiday Homework 2 (T3Wk8): National Day

Ahh national day,our nation's day of independence.A good day for singaporeans to relax and celebrate.A few years ago, Singapore grew its own singapore from other countries.usually, everyone will go to the stadium or the marina bay near the singapore flier. My school had a National day celebration. It was really good and it gets better each year. But I think my school can improve by at least getting a star to sing a song for us.But it is a vey popular tourist attraction and only falls on 9th august.Hope to see you there :D

Holiday homework 1 (T3WK7):copyright

Copyright Is taking something from a person that you see online and claiming that it is your own work. You can be sued if you get caught.

Pictures and online knowledge stories can be copyright if u do not acknowledge where you get it from.

It is very annoying for someone that keeps making good work but cant trust anyone to burrow it as they'll claimit as their own hard work.

You will have to acknowledge where you got the work or ask for his permission from or else that is stealing from others illegaly.

It will be illegally stealing and you have chances of getting caught.

I have seen some people infriging of the copyright on pictures when they make slides.

I would acknowledge where i got the item from.Or it would be stealing illegaly.

Singaporean folk tale

you know...... ive read alot of folk tales of other countries but now ive thought of my own folk tale.I know it sounds weird but i its true..... here it goes. it is called How the word "alamak" was formed."YAHOO!" shouted the indian teenagers at the hawrker center ,therye favourite SAF team had won another battle against the brazillians in football.but every time they lost, they would say "aiyo".But 1 day when they lost, a hawker asked them"why are we saying chinese words when they lose? Why dont we create a word just llike them.then one guy half way eating his delicous nasi lamak from the famous "RK PORK HOUSE" and said y dont we call it ALAMAK!?. Huh?.everbody asked "have you gone crazy over eating too much nasi lemak?" . but some of them tried it out. THe nexxt time they lost, everyboody would say alamak! and they started to enjoy the saying the word.and so it was passed and passed through the decades till now.

NOT REAL I REPEAT NOT REAL!

Personal Response 5: Earthquakes

Oh My, The earthquake in china (sichuan) makes me worried about singapore. Will it get quakes to? It just makes me wonder.Well its just the earths core. What is wrong with it? is it just something that happens randomly or supposingly. If there was a device that scientist had invented to detect earthquakes, we would be evacuated to a safe place i guess. but i wish that there would not have been any earthquakes in the pastfew years.
